1. What is WedSpark

WedSpark is a private, temporary social experience designed exclusively for guests of a specific wedding event. The platform allows guests to chat, connect, and optionally participate in the Spark feature to meet other guests during the wedding weekend.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WedSpark, particularly to access the Spark feature. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Access is limited to invited guests of the specific wedding event you join.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WedSpark in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate other guests or provide false information
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' private data

4. Temporary Nature of the Service

WedSpark is designed as a temporary experience. All user data, messages, profiles, matches, and activity are automatically deleted after the wedding weekend expires. We do not guarantee any specific retention period beyond what is defined by the event organizer.

5. Spark Feature

The Spark feature is entirely optional. By opting in, you agree to make your profile visible to other guests who have also joined Spark within the same event. Private chats are only opened when both parties express mutual interest. You can opt out at any time by contacting the event organizer.

6. Content

You are responsible for any content you post on WedSpark. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We do not actively monitor private conversations but may act on reported content.

7. Limitation of Liability

WedSpark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interactions between users, the conduct of any guest, or any damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WedSpark after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
